BATON ROUGE - A 40-year-old man was arrested after attacking a restaurant worker who accused the suspect of not paying for food.

Royce Glapion was booked into jail Monday on charges of battery and theft. Glapion was arrested after an altercation at the Piccadilly on Plank Road.

A restaurant worker said he confronted Glapion about eating food without paying. The victim said Glapion hit him with two chairs before leaving the cafeteria.
