BATON ROUGE - 18 year old Reginald Wallace was arrested by police on Tuesday after he was found to have child pornography pictures on his phone. Police say, the officer found the pictures on the phone after he was arrested for theft at a store.

The officer saw the pictures on the phone while Wallace was using it. He was also found to have a stolen item on him. Wallace said the item was stolen, but he did not know about the pictures on the phone of the naked juvenile.

Wallace was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on theft and child pornography charges.
