Authorities in Beauregard Parish have arrested a man for aggravated arson.

18 year-old William Martin is accused of setting fire to a mobile home with his father and stepmother inside. Fred and Angela Martin made it out safely, but the mobile home sustained significant fire damage.

Martin was booked into the Beauregard Parish Jail and is being held on a $15,000 bond.
