Man arrested for murder in Baton Rouge
Baton Rouge- A man accused in a deadly shooting in Baton Rouge last week, is now behind bars.
Police arrested 18 year-old Curtis Howard Tuesday afternoon for the shooting death of 20 year-old Rayjaun Martin.
Martin was shot and killed last week in the 10000 block of Big Bend. Police say Martin was trying to turn around in a driveway, when he was blocked in by another vehicle.
They say two men approached Martin and his passenger with handguns and tried to rob them. Martin was shot multiple times and died at the scene.
His passenger was able to escape. Howard is charged with 1st Degree Murder.
The investigation is still ongoing.
