BATON ROUGE - Police arrested a Walker man in connection with a fight that escalated into a shootout at a Baton Rouge lounge.
Detectives arrested Billy W. Hoover, 45, after the shooting last night at the Longbranch Lounge on Florida Boulevard.
Police said Hoover was forced out of the business after getting into a fight with someone inside. Hoover got a handgun from his vehicle, and police said the victim also armed himself for protection.
