The video showed Duncan making several trips in and out of the store carrying alcohol, beer, cigarettes and other items.
On Tuesday, Nov. 29, BRPD detectives were patrolling around Victoria Drive, near Duncan's home. Duncan was recognized by BRPD from the surveillance video as one of the looting suspects.
