NATALBANY - A man in Tangipahoa Parish was arrested for rape.

Deputies say Morrison Lee Furlow, 74,was arrested after witnesses reported that he forced himself upon a 3-year-old female victim.

Furlow confessed to his actions during the investigation, according to Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edward.

Furlow is charged with the aggravated rape of a juvenile.
