BATON ROUGE- BRPD officers arrested a man for attempted-second degree murder after a stabbing Sunday night.

Derek Prince allegedly stabbed his neighbor multiple times in the upper torso and in the face.

Prince and the victim lived in the same apartment complex.

The victim is in the hospital with life-threatening injuries but is expected to survive.
