THIBODAUX- Thibodaux Police have arrested a man in connection to a home invasion and domestic abuse involving a child.

On Monday, May 23 around 7:50 a.m. 43-year-old Frederick Gray called the victim from different numbers for several hours and left threatening voice mails.

Around 2 p.m., Gray went to the victim’s home in the 1300 block of South Barbier Avenue and forced his way inside.

Once inside, Gray became physical with the victim, however the victim was able to get Gray out of the home and contact police.

When police arrived, they placed Gray under arrest and transported him to the Lafourche Parish Detention Center where he is being held on a $52,000 bond.
