Man accused of raping 11 year old
BAKER - Baker Police say a man is accused of raping an 11 year old while the parents weren't home.
Officials say Laderick McClain, 18, went over to the victim's house in Baker to fix a broken shelf around midnight Sunday morning. The victim was at home with her 12 and 14 year old siblings.
Detectives say one of the kids called the mother because the shelf fell. The mother told the kids to allow McClain to fix the shelf and then leave.
According to authorities, McClain left and came back when the children were asleep. The victim says she woke up with McClain laying on top of her.
McClain admitted to police that he returned to the house and laid down on top of the 11-year-old.
McClain is charged with aggravated burglary, and aggravated rape.
