A man in Pennsylvania accused of murdering his wife is said to be harrassing her to the grave by forging documents so he could steal a cemetery plot and be buried next to her.  John Gerholt's lawyer says its not an effort to torment her family but "just another sign of his true love and devotion" to her.  Gerholt is accused of shooting his wife twice with a sawed-off shotgun.  His lawyer says it was an accident.  A prosecutor says that doesn't make sense because the gun would have to be cocked between the first and second shots.  Gerholt is awaiting trial on murder charges where prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
