Man accused of inappropriately touching 13-year-old
BATON ROUGE – Police say a man was arrested in Baton Rouge Thursday after they say he inappropriately touched a 13-year-old girl in September.
Baton Rouge Police charged 33-year-old Kristoffer Thaddeus Jackson with a felony count of indecent behavior with juveniles.
The 13-year-old victim told investigators that she was sleeping in her bed on Sept. 23 when Jackson woke her and told her to open her mouth. The victim said Jackson then pulled the sheets off her body and began rubbing her legs. He then began to touch her inappropriately through her clothes.
When the victim turned away, the girl said Jackson told her that he thought she wanted to play.
Police say the girl told her mother about the incident seven days later. When the victim’s mother confronted Jackson, court documents say Jackson admitted to being inside the victim’s bedroom at that specific date and time.
A warrant was issued for Jackson’s arrest on Oct. 1, 2015. He was arrested and booked Thursday night.
