Man accused of having sex with 14-year-old in car parked at EBR school
BATON ROUGE - Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 17-year-old in the parking lot of a local school after he was found to be engaging in a sexual act with a 14-year-old inside of a parked vehicle.
Kenneth Morris was booked on charges of indecent behavior with juveniles and criminal trespassing following his arrest at 3:30 p.m. Friday.
Deputies said they received reports of a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of an East Baton Rouge Parish school, and when they responded to the scene, they discovered that a 14-year-old was engaging in “lewd and lascivious” activity in the car’s front seat with Morris.
The 14-year-old denied any type of sexual activity happening between herself and Morris when she was contacted by law enforcement. Morris admitted to kissing the victim several times inside of the vehicle, but also denied any sexual activity took place.
Morris was booked into the parish prison on the above charges.
