ANGIE - Authorities charged a Washington Parish man with possessing child porn after a joint investigation with local, state and federal agencies.

Attorney General Buddy Caldwell's office said Joseph Lloyd Gerald, 23, of Angie was arrested Friday following the investigation.

Investigators charged Gerald with 20 counts of possessing pornography involving juveniles. If convicted, each count could carry a 20-year prison sentence.

The investigation involved the Ag's High Tech Crime Unit, Washington Parish Sheriff's Office, Louisiana State Police, and the Department of Homeland Security Investigations.
