Mothers Against Drunk Driving is worried that the "star witness" in a drunk driving case in New Roads may deploy to Iraq before giving his testimony on tape.

New Roads police officer Brandon Spillman witnessed 23-year-old Victoria Gosserand slam into another car moments before Christmas Eve. Investgators say Gosserand was drunk when she caused the crash that killed 23-year-old Terri Parker.
