
Luke Margolis is the weekend anchor for WBRZ News 2 Louisiana. He joined WBRZ on August 28, 2006.
Born and raised in New York City, Luke earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from Boston University.
Luke began his television career in the advertisement sales department at Details Magazine; He switched to broadcasting in 2004. Luke then spent two years as a sports reporter/anchor at Blue Ridge Cable 11 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
“I attended the Sportscaster Camp of America in Long Beach, California,” says Luke, “ and I decided I wanted to give it a shot.”
Now, Luke resides in Baton Rouge with his wife. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling to new places.
