LSU wins 10th game with victory over Nicholls

The LSU baseball team won its 10th game of the season defeating Nicholls 2-0. Starting pitcher Cody Glenn pitched 6 shutout innings to earn his 2nd victory of the season. The game was scoreless until the bottom of the 6th when a bloop single by Mark Laird drove in Christian Ibarra. In the same inning, shortstop Alex Bregman delivered an RBI single up the middle for the games final run. The Tigers return to action Tuesday at Alex Box stadium when they host Stephen F Austin.
