OXFORD, MS - With the noise surrounding Les Miles and his tenure at LSU getting louder, the Tigers lost their 3rd straight game for the 1st time since 1999 as LSU lost to Ole Miss 38-17.

The Tigers fell behind 24-0 before starting a rally late in the 2nd quarter: it was short lived.

Leonard Fournette reached 108 yards on the ground - getting over 100 for the first time in 3 games, but he was unable to break out the home run (the closest one getting called back early in the first quarter) and the Tigers (7-3, 4-3) couldn't establish the ground game they wanted to after falling behind.

Brandon Harris threw for 324 yards on 51 attempts with 1 touchdown and 2 interceptions.

The LSU Tiger football team rallied from a 24-7 at halftime with two quick scores to cut it to 24-17 against Ole Miss.

The Rebels soon rebounded on offense and pulled ahead again 31-17 with a Chad Kelly quarrterback rushing score.

LSU kicked a 41 yard field goal on their first possesson of the first half, and then recovered the kickoff when Jaylen Walton fumbled the ball.

Leonard Fournette fumbled the ball going in from the one yard line, but LSU guard Will Clapp was there for the recovery in the endzone for the score.

The game starting off on a bad foot from the very first play Tigers. Kelly connecting with Quincy Adeboyejo for 57 on the first play from scrimmage. The Tigers would hold the Rebels to a field goal to make it 3-0 Ole Miss.

LSU offense, struggling with penalties in the first quarter, with 4 for 27 yards. That includes negating a 50 yard run by Leonard Fournette that would've put the Tigers in Rebels territory.

Trent Domingue had a chance to tie it later in the first, but missed a 27 yard attempt, his first of the season.

The Rebels taking a two possession lead in the 2nd, thanks to RB Jaylen Walton scoring a 2-yard TD, capping an 8 play, 80 yard drive for the Rebels. Then QB Chad Kelly scored on a 5 yard run later in the quarter to push the lead to 17.

LSU quarterback Brandon Harris interception to Christian Russell set the Rebels up at the LSU 11. The very next play, Chad Kelly connects with Laquan Treadwell to make it 24-0.

LSU made it 24-7 off Brandon Harris touchdown pass to Tyron Johnson.
