BATON ROUGE - It will cost Tiger fans more to park in 2012. The LSU Ticket Office announced a price increase for the VETMED RV Lot across from the LSU Veterinary School on Skip Bertman Drive.
Game by game, first come, first serve pricing will increase from the flat fee of $100 a game to $150, $175 or $200 depending on the game.
RV's in that lot also have to choose and buy parking spaces for two other games based on tiers.

It's an effort to make sure opposing teams, like South Carlina and Alabama this year, won't buy up all the spots.
"Opposing team's fans are less likely to buy those other games if you're going to sell them as a package, so it's an effort to keep it an LSU atmosphere. You'll get some visiting fans in there, but mostly it keeps it to the LSU fans that way," Senior Associate Athletic Director Herb Vincent said.
Pricing remains the same for car parking at Alex Box Stadium and for the $40 game by game parking on campus. Click here for the pricing breakdown for Alex Box Stadium.
