LSU student booked for attack at frat house
BATON ROUGE - A student at LSU faces charges for attacking a woman at a fraternity house, arrest documents indicate.
Michael Long, 18, was booked into parish prison over the weekend on second degree battery charges. The incident happened at the Kappa Alpha fraternity house on the night of August 29, shortly before 11.
In documents filed with the jail, investigators accuse Long of punching the unidentified woman in the face. The woman said she received a significant cut on her forehead and needed stitches, bruising across her face and a nose fracture that will require surgery.
Long admitted to the attack, the arrest report indicates.
