LSU's Career Expo to connect students with recruiters
BATON ROUGE - Today marks the start of the two-day Career Expo at the LSU Olinde Career Center designed to connect students of various majors with industry recruiters.
The Expo got underway at 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 9 at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center and will run through 3:30 p.m. The first day of the Career Expo is aimed employers recruiting science, technology and engineering majors.
The second day, Sept. 10, will have the same 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. schedule and will focus on employers recruiting business and liberal arts majors.
The Career Expo is LSU's largest recruiting event and will draw hundreds of recruiters to campus, presenting various career opportunities to more than 2,500 LSU students and alumni. The recruiting event and networking opportunity is available exclusively to registered LSU students and alumni.
