ALEXANDRIA - High school juniors and seniors have a chance to earn some college credit before then even graduate high school. LSU of Alexandria's Assistant Vice Chancellor of Enrollment Heather Poole visited 2une in Thursday morning to talk about the program.

The program will give students the full college experience over a four week period. Students will stay on-campus and have the opportunity to earn up to six hours of college credit.

To be eligible for the summer academy, students have to be starting their junior year next fall and have an ACT score of 23 or a SAT of 1070. The academy starts on June 2nd and runs through June 27th.
