BATON ROUGE - LSU travels to Alabama this weekend, hoping to extend a three-game winning streak which includes back-to-back one-point wins for the first time since 1982.
The hoops Tigers scraped out wins with single-digit margins in four of their last five games. The wins pushed them to 13-7 and 4-5 in the league, putting them at eighth place.
Alabama is 14-8 and 6-3, and sitting in fourth place before this weekend. In their overall series, the Crimson Tide leads the Tigers 101-67 and is 65-17 in games at Tuscaloosa.
