LSU loses both games in doubleheader against Alabama

BATON ROUGE – The LSU Tigers baseball team lost 4-3 against the University of Alabama in game two of a doubleheader at Alex Box Stadium Saturday night.

The Crimson Tide kept the Tigers scoreless while putting up six runs to start the SEC series open earlier in the day. 

LSU falls to 13-5 with a 0-2 record in SEC play this year. Alabama rose to 13-5 and 2-0 in the SEC. 

Both teams will return for a final game a 1 p.m. Sunday.
