The Tigers failed to make the grades in their first loss of the season.
The LSU offense was inadequate at moving the ball, failing to prolong drives and keeping the Tiger defense on the field to the point of exhaustion.
Special teams may have scored the only points of the game for LSU, but they also kept the Tigers in bad field position.
Coaching for the Tigers put them in predictable "no win" situations, and a lack of adjustments meant the outcome of this game was never changed.
