LSU defeats Florida, 17-6
BATON ROUGE, LA- It was another heated battle in the series between 10th ranked LSU and 17th ranked Florida. In the end, the Tigers prevailed 17-6. A lot was made of the Florida defense that came in tops in the SEC. They held the Tiger offense to less than normal numbers, but the LSU defense more than held its own. LSU did not allow a touchdown in the game.
