BATON ROUGE - An LSU cheerleader is in intensive care after he was struck by a hit-and-run driver this weekend.
Police said Kip Carter was struck by a vehicle while on River Road early Sunday morning. He was walking back home from a friend's house when he was hit by an SUV.
Sgt. Don Stone with the Baton Rouge Police Department said they are looking for a gray Chevy Suburban with damage to the passenger's side headlight and mirror.
