BATON ROUGE - The LSU Tiger baseball team (46-16) is just two more wins away from Omaha and the College World Series. But in the Tigers' way are the Seawolves of Stony Brook (50-12).
Game one of the Baton Rouge Super Regional Series is set for 11:00 a.m. this morning at Alex Box Stadium.
LSU freshman Aaron Nola (7-4, 3.66 ERA) takes the hill for the Tigers, meaning ace Kevin Gausman (11-1, 2.72 ERA) will pitch game two on Saturday.
