LSU Basketball freshmen take flight at training facility
BATON ROUGE - Several Tiger freshmen are lighting up Twitter as they take flight over at the LSU Basketball practice facility with impressive vertical leaps.
Tigerdroppings.com compiled two astounding photo tweets of Antonio Blakeney and Brandon Sampson checking out the "air up there" as the team leaned into some intensive summer training.
Blakeney's max vertical leap of the afternoon came in at 45 inches, while Sampson was only an inch below at an equally awe-inspiring 44 inches.

For a point of reference, the average vertical leap of a kangaroo is 96 inches. Kangaroos can't dunk and remain ineligible for NCAA play.
