LSU Baseball pushed back to 5pm
BATON ROUGE - Due to weather in the area, Sunday's LSU vs. Texas Southern baseball game will be moved to 5pm,
The game was originally scheduled for 3pm as the final game of the "2014 LSU Baseball Tournament."
LSU groundskeepers say there is no "get-away" time for the game, meaning travel restrictions will not play a factor if the game needs to be delayed further.
A "get-away" time is the time the game must start before it is canceled because of the visiting team's travel plans. It is typical to have a "get-away" time on Sundays when teams are scheduled to fly home after the game.
Toledo was scheduled to play Virginia Tech at 11am at Alex Box stadium, but that game was canceled because of the rain.
