LSU Baseball Drops Weekend Finale To Yale 8-7
BATON ROUGE - The LSU baseball team built a 6-0 lead against Yale on Sunday, only to watch it disappear as the Bulldogs came back to win 8-7.
The trouble started in the 5th inning, as the Bulldogs scored four runs to close the gap to 6-4. Those runs also happened to be the first of the weekend for Yale (1-2), playing its first series of the season.
Parker Bugg takes the loss for the Tigers (9-2) after giving up a run in the 8th inning with the score tied at 7-7.
