LSU baseball drops first series since March with 4-3 loss at A&M
COLLEGE STATION, TX - Ronnie Gideon provided the winning run for Texas A&M, as a solo home run in the 8th inning lifted the Aggies to a 4-3 win over LSU Sunday afternoon in College Station.
LSU tied the game at 3 in the top of the 7th with an RBI double by Christian Ibarra, but the Tigers couldn't find a way to take the lead as they lost their first series since a sweep at Florida in late March.
LSU (35-13-1, 13-10-1) will now look to bounce back with a home series against Alabama next weekend.
