Nearly every law enforcement agency in Baton Rouge responded to a standoff yesterday near LSU involving a person of interest in the murders of four people in Calcasieu Parish.

Not only did the LSU Police Department assist in the arrest of 52-year-old Lee Roy Williams, Jr., but they were responsible for notifying students, faculty and staff about the incident.
