LSU adds doubleheader for weather concerns
BATON ROUGE - LSU announced Wednesday that weather concerns led them to shift the schedule for this weekend's baseball series against Boston College.
The Tigers will play a doubleheader at Alex Box Stadium Friday with the first game at 2 p.m., followed by the regularly-scheduled 7 p.m. game.
The Sunday game will be canceled due to expected bad weather. The series will end with the 3 p.m. Saturday matchup.
The No. 2 Tigers (3-0) are scheduled to face Nicholls State (2-1) tonight at Alex Box. First pitch is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
