LSP raids massage parlors
PORT ALLEN - State Police raided two Port Allen massage parlors Monday after a two-month investigation into prostitution at the businesses.
Detectives said Youngs Therapy and Rainbow Therapeutic both advertised on "backpage.com," which investigators say has been known to carry ads for prosititution. Authorities said undercover agents went into the businesses and were offered sexual favors for cash.
At noon Monday, investigators from several agencies conducted simultaneous searches at Youngs, 702 Lobell Highway, Suite 2 and Rainbow, 4175 Highway 1 South.
State Police are looking for Rainbow Therapeutic owner Sang Back Kim, 46, as a principal to prostitution by massage, and employee Barbara Kim on a count of prostitution by massage.
