BATON ROUGE - State Police said one person died in an East Baton Rouge Parish wreck involving a motorcycle and another vehicle.

Troopers said the wreck happened at the intersection of Airline Highway and Pecue Lane in the eastern portion of the parish around 4 p.m.

According to investigators, the motorcycle was going south on Airline when a vehicle pulled out of a nearby business and crossed its lane. The motorcycle hit the car, killing the man driving the motorcycle.

State Police said alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the crash, and they are still investigating.
