DENHAM SPRINGS - A pair of Denham Springs men are in jail accused of burglarizing several homes in their neighborhood.
Deputies say they caught Paul Morgan and Joshua Carson after Carson dropped his drivers license at the scene of a burglary Saturday.
The two were reportedly in the process of loading two stolen wheel barrows with stolen loot when they were surprised by a homeowner.
Deputies linked them to at least 16 crimes in the area of Springfield Road.
Morgan and Carson are jailed on 11 counts of simple burglary, 5 counts of misdemeanor theft and 1 count of possession of stolen things.
