LP residents busted in Gonzales Walmart theft
GONZALES - Police arrested two people they say shoplifted from the Gonzales Walmart late last month.
Sarah Bourgeois, 27, turned herself in after investigators released security footage of the duo walking into the store. She is a resident of Livingston. Police were able to track down 27-year-old Michael Hankins of Denham Springs a day later.
They are both charged with Felony Theft of Goods valued in excess of $500.00 but less than $1,500.00.
No word on what they stole from the store.
