Louisiana Tech to play LSU in 2018
RUSTON - Louisiana Tech will play LSU in a non-conference football game in 2018.
The university announced Thursday that the game, set for Oct. 20, 2018 at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge, will mark the 20th meeting between the two schools. The last meeting occurred in 2009 with LSU rallying for a 24-16 win after the Bulldogs held a 13-10 lead at halftime.
The News-Star reports the announcement of the game completes Louisiana Tech's non-conference schedule for the 2018 season. Tech will also play at South Alabama, at Mississippi State and against Bowling Green that season.
