Louisiana Pet Pantry raffle
BATON ROUGE- The Louisiana Pet Pantry is helping more than 30 animal rescue organizations, but they need your help. This morning Mark Mese and Heather Alfinito stopped by 2une In to explain how people can get involved.
The biggest cost facing rescue organizations is dog food. The LPP, formerly the Rescue Bank of Baton Rouge, is holding a raffle to raise money for area rescue shelters. The money will be put toward shipping costs for dog food.
The raffle drawing will take place July 6th, tickets are $5. The prizes are listed below.
1st prize: One week stay at a North Carolina mountain lake house.
2nd prize: A three-day, two-night stay at a gulf-front condominium in Orange Beach, Alabama.
3rd prize: A 20-by-24-inch portrait of your pet by artist Simon Baxter.
4th prize: A $200 gift certificate to Juban's Restaurant
