The Shreveport-Bossier City area landed yet another national bass finishing tournament, thanks in part to the success of the 2009 Bassmaster Classic held in the area.

BASS recently announced that the 2010 Bassmaster Federation Nation Championship, the biggest tournament of the year for grass roots BASS competition, is being moved to the Red River out of the Red River South Marina on Oct. 27-29.
