Local high schools compete in 7-on-7 league

BATON ROUGE - Several area teams are gearing up for the 2012 football season by participating in a 7-on-7 passing league this summer.
Schools like Denham Springs, Zachary, University High and St. Amant will host league play today.
It allows high-flying offensive-minded programs to work on their rhythm and timing against opposing defenses.
