Livonia and Port Allen get ready for family affair
When Livonia (1-0) and Port Allen (2-0) face off on Friday, it will be for more than just who can continue to stay undefeated.
It's also for bragging rights, as the two schools consider each other rivals. Also, both teams are very close to each other, including some players having relatives on the other side.
Wildcats running back Malcolm Dedrick and Port Allen linebacker Kevin Ransom are cousins and have already talked about the posibility of meeting each other on the field.
"If he comes up the middle, I got to hit him." Ransom said. "That's what I got to do."
