LIVINGSTON PARISH - The Livingston Parish Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness says all waterways are now open to recreational vessel traffic in Livingston, as of 1 p.m. Saturday.

LPOHSEP closed the waterways to recreational vehicles south of I-12 after the heavy rains caused flooding last week.

The closure went into effect March 22 at noon.
