Livingston Parish closes waterways south of I-12 to recreational vehicles
LIVINGSTON PARISH - The Livingston Parish Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness has closed all waterways to recreational vehicles south of Interstate 12 because of flooding after the heavy rains experienced Wednesday.
The closure will last from March 22nd at noon to March 26th at noon.
Officials say the closure is for the safety and protection of property for all residents of the parish.
