BATON ROUGE - The family of 34-year-old Earl Jones says someone swiped their son and fled the scene shortly after midnight Sunday morning as he was riding his bike along Lockhart Road.
Earl Jones is deaf and could not call out for help. He was found hours later in a ditch.
His father, Eugene, says he suffered a broken leg, an injured pelvis and back and head injuries and he wants justice for his son.
