Livingston man accused of sex with teen in town park
LIVINGSTON - Police arrested a 28-year-old man Tuesday accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl twice in public locations.
Investigators say they received a complaint from a resident that Jason Lee Kelly was seen entering a women's restroom in the park across the street from the Livingston Police Department with a juvenile female. Officers arrived at the scene as the man and teen were exiting the restroom and took him into custody.
Further investigation by Livingston PD revealed Kelly had engaged in sexual intercourse with the same juvenile in a vehicle parked in front of a local business.
Kelly was charged with two counts of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and booked into the Livingston Parish Detention Center.
