Livingston deputies: Tornado spotted near Satsuma
LIVINGSTON PARISH - Sheriff’s deputies in Livingston Parish say a tornado was spotted near the Satsuma area earlier Tuesday afternoon.
Several incidents have been reported in connection with the winds including a vehicle with a light pole on top on a railroad line, a truck blown over blocking 190 and a tree down on a home in Walker.
Heavy storm damage was also observed on Willow Street in Livingston.
Deputies said there have been no confirmed reports of injuries at this time.
