We will have mostly cloudy skies with some isolated showers around the Baton Rouge area this afternoon. It will be cooler with temperatures holding steady in the 50s as the cold front stalls along the Louisiana Coast.
A few showers will be lingering around the city for the evening commute with plenty of cloud cover. Temperatures will still be in the 50s.
The front will sit along the Louisiana Coast tonight, and that will keep mostly cloudy skies over the city. A few sprinkles or drizzle will be possible. If you are going to the LSU game you better dress warmly. It will be chilly with temperatures in the lower 50s throughout the game, and then they will drop to the upper 40s overnight.
