Limbaugh blames left for lost shot at pro team

Conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh was dropped by a group seeking to buy the St. Louis Rams NFL team and he blames the left.  Limbaugh said on his radio show that it's part of an effort to destroy conservatism and the issue is the future of the country.  Yesterday, one team owner said he would not vote to allow Limbaugh to buy the Rams and the NFL commissioner said Limbaughs previous remarks about Philadelphia Eagles Quarterback Donovan Mcnabb would not be forgotten because they were precieved as racist.  Limbaugh said the press wanted a black quarterback to do well while Mcanabb was going through a tough period on the field. At the time he was a commentator for ESPN's Monday NIght Football.  He was fired by the network over the fallout.
